Butterscotch Cream Pie - cooking recipe

2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. brown sugar
3 egg yolks, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. softened butter
2 c. scalding hot milk
1 can Reddi-Wip topping or use Cool Whip
1 graham cracker pie crust (purchased or prepare your own)
Preparation

Blend flour, cornstarch and salt together in a small bowl. Mix well with a fork.
Cream brown sugar, butter and eggs together in another medium-sized bowl.
Add the flour mixture to this second bowl of ingredients.
Mix well.
Slowly pour the scalding milk into this mixture and beat well.
