Greek Spaghetti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. spaghetti
1 stick butter
minced garlic to taste
grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Cook spaghetti.
Brown (not burn) butter with minced garlic. Sprinkle layer of Parmesan cheese on large platter.
Put 1/2 of spaghetti on top of cheese layer.
Sprinkle another layer of cheese over spaghetti.
Put remaining spaghetti on top.
Sprinkle with more cheese.
Spoon hot browned butter on top.
Cut in squares and serve.
