Good Morning Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. milk
2 c. whole bran cereal
1 egg (or substitute)
1 Tbsp. margarine, melted
1 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. molasses
1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

In a medium-sized bowl, combine milk and bran.
Set aside 10 minutes; beat in egg, molasses and margarine.
Sift flour and baking soda and add to bran mixture, stirring until moist.
Fill greased muffin tins three-fourths full.
Put in a 400\u00b0 oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
