Taco Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 envelope taco mix
    1 can chopped green chilies, drained
    1 1/4 c. 2% milk
    2 eggs
    1 c. Bisquick baking mix
    1 tomato, chopped
    1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease a 9 x 1 1/4-inch pie plate.
    Cook beef and onion until beef is brown; drain.
    Stir in taco mix (dry).
    Spread in pie plate; sprinkle with chilies.
    Beat milk, eggs and baking mix 15 seconds in blender or 1 minute with hand mixer.
    Pour over chilies.
    Bake 25 minutes.
    Top with tomato and cheese.
    Bake 8 to 10 minutes longer or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Serve with shredded lettuce and taco sauce.
