Chicken Tortillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 skinned, boned chicken breast halves
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
    1 c. skim milk
    2 c. thick and chunky salsa*
    1 small onion, grated
    10 to 12 flour tortillas, cut into wedges
    4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    jalapeno peppers, if desired
Preparation
    * Adjust this up or down to regular hotness desired.
