Chicken Cacciatore - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. olive oil
    1 medium size onion
    1 medium size green pepper
    1 clove garlic
    pinch of oregano
    2 or 3 oz. Sauterne
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. mushrooms
    2 c. tomatoes
    1 1/2 lb. frying chicken
Preparation
    Saute chicken in olive oil, being sure to add garlic and oregano to oil first.
    When chicken is brown, add onion, pepper, mushrooms, wine and tomatoes.
    Turn to low and allow to simmer in covered skillet until done.
