Magic Chocolate Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    1/2 c. nuts
Preparation
    Melt chocolate chips in milk over low heat.
    When dissolved, remove from heat.
    Add remaining ingredients and stir well. Pour into a buttered dish.
    Cut into squares.
