Fran'S Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 lb. rump roast
    5 lb. white potatoes
    3 to 4 lb. carrots
    1 c. Merlot wine
    2 large onions
    1 qt. water (approximately)
    salt, pepper and garlic
    Kitchen Bouquet Gravy Enhancer
    olive oil
Preparation
    Peel potatoes; cut in 4 equal parts.
    Cut/chop carrots into little larger than bite size.
    Chop onions in small pieces.
