Best Ever Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    3 (4 1/2 oz.) jars strained baby food carrots
    1 can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    1 c. white raisins
    1 1/2 c. cooking oil
    2 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients in order given. Blend thoroughly. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch well-greased and floured baking pan. Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 60 minutes. When cooled, spread with cream cheese frosting.
