Shoe Peg Corn Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can white Shoe Peg corn, drained
1 can (small) English peas, drained
1 can water chestnuts
1 can French-style green beans, drained
1 small jar chopped pimentos
1 c. chopped green onion
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. cooking oil
1/2 c. sugar or sugar substitute
1/2 c. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation

Bring oil, sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper to a boil and pour over the first 7 ingredients.
Refrigerate overnight or the day before you plan to use it.
