Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cans chunk pineapple, drained
    3/4 to 1 c. sugar
    5 Tbsp. flour
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 stack Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Place pineapple in dish.
    Mix sugar and flour; sprinkle over pineapple.
    Pour 1/3 cup pineapple juice over this mixture.
    Put grated cheese on top of this.
    Make topping of crackers and oleo. Cook at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 12 to 15.
