Sauteed Scallops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. bay scallops
4 Tbsp. olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 c. San Francisco seafood breadcrumbs
2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

In a large skillet or wok heat the olive oil.
Quickly saute the scallops.
Add garlic, salt and pepper and breadcrumbs.
Toss lightly and serve immediately.
Decorate with chopped parsley.
