Lemon Berry Pie - cooking recipe

4 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
1 Tbsp. milk
2 tsp. grated lemon peel
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
8 oz. Cool Whip, thawed
6 oz. graham cracker crust
1 pt. strawberries, halved
2 c. cold milk
2 small pkg. Jell-O lemon instant pudding
Preparation

Stir 1 tablespoon milk into cream cheese; set aside.
Prepare pudding with 2 cups milk.
Whip cream cheese mixture.
Add grated lemon peel and lemon juice; whip into pudding mix.
Fold in thawed Cool Whip.
Reserve a few strawberries for garnish; stir the rest into mixture.
Pour into graham crust; decorate with reserved strawberries.
Chill for several hours.
