Fruit And Cottage Cheese Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. small curd cottage cheese
    1 (20 oz.) can chunk pineapple, drained
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin
    1 tin mandarin orange slices, drained
Preparation
    Fold together all ingredients.
    Do not add water to gelatin! Chill in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours before serving.
    Change flavors by using another flavor of gelatin.
    Omit mandarin orange slices.
    You may fold in some of the fruit to match the jello flavor.
