Tortilla Black Bean Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. onions, chopped
    1 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    14 oz. can cut up tomatoes
    3/4 c. picante sauce
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 (15 oz.) cans black beans
    12 (6 oz.) corn tortillas
    2 c. shredded lettuce
    1 tsp. cumin
    2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    2 medium tomatoes, sliced
    2 green onions, sliced
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Combine onion, green pepper, tomato, picante, garlic and cumin.
    Bring to a boil and heat for 10 minutes.
    Stir in beans. In a casserole dish, spread 1/3 bean mixture, 1/2 tortillas, 1/2 cheese and repeat.
    Top with lettuce, tomatoes, green onions and sour cream.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
