Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    3 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. vegetable oil
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. chopped nuts
    2 c. sugar
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. grated squash
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 50 minutes in greased loaf pans, sprinkled with flour.
    Makes 2 loaves (8 x 4 x 3-inches pan size).
