Stuffed Cornish Hens - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) pkg. long grain and wild rice mix
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 (5 oz.) can water chestnuts
1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms
1/4 c. margarine
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
5 to 6 Cornish hens
Preparation

Cook rice according to directions.
Add remaining ingredients. Sprinkle cavity of hens with salt.
Stuff mixture into cavities. Loosely cover with foil.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Uncover and continue baking 1 hour, basting occasionally with butter. Makes 6 servings.
