Orange Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. pecans
1. c. sugar
1/2 c. water
1 orange rind, grated
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Boil water
and
sugar until a thin syrup forms.
Flavor with orange
rind
and vanilla.
Mix pecans into syrup and pour on greased surface.
Break into pieces while warm.
