Chicken Saltimbocca - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large chicken breasts, skinned, boned and halved lengthwise
6 thin slices ham
3 slices Mozzarella cheese, halved
1/2 tsp. dried sage, crushed
1/3 c. bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
2 heaping Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation

Pound chicken to 5 x 5-inch cutlets.
Place ham slice and cheese slice on each cutlet, cutting to fit.
Top with dash of sage.
Roll up, jelly roll fashion.
Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan and parsley.
Dip chicken in butter, then roll in crumbs.
Place in shallow baking dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
