Mexican Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 chicken, cut up
    1/3 c. oil
    onion
    3/4 c. uncooked rice
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine in paper bag the flour, chili powder and salt.
    Shake chicken pieces in mix.
    Fry in oil.
    When brown, remove and add onion, rice, Ro-Tel tomatoes, water, chili powder and salt. Arrange chicken over rice mixture.
    Cover and simmer for 35 to 40 minutes until tender and rice is done.
