Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. buttermilk
    4 Tbsp. oil
    3 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. water
    6 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Heat buttermilk, but do not scald.
    Add oil, sugar and salt; cool to lukewarm.
    Add yeast, dissolved in 1/4 cup warm water. Add 3 cups flour and soda; stir to make a smooth batter.
    Add remaining flour to make a stiff dough.
    Place in a greased bowl and refrigerate overnight.
