Broccoli-Rice Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. bag broccoli florets
    4 c. cooked rice
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Cook broccoli florets until tender.
    Cook rice until it is just done.
    Melt Velveeta with milk and butter.
    Season with salt and pepper to taste.
    Combine all ingredients in 2-quart casserole dish.
    Top with your choice of dried onions, bread crumbs or crushed potato chips.
