Ingredients

1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/3 c. Dijon mustard
5 T. cider vinegar
2 T molasses
2 T. honey
6 pork chops
Preparation

In small saucepan whisk all but pork cops until well blended. Bring to boil over low-medium heat stirring frequently. Reduce heat simmer for 2 min. Place pork chops in a 13x9-baking pan. Top chops with sauce turn to coat. Bake uncovered at 350-degrees for 25 min. or until pink is gone from meat.
