Doralee'S Chicken Cordon Bleu - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large chicken breasts
    4 slices ham
    4 slices Swiss cheese
    flour
    salt and pepper
    3 eggs
    1/4 c. milk
    2 oz. butter (60 g)
    dry bread crumbs
    1/4 c. oil
Preparation
    Cut each breast in half.
    Pound out thin.
    You need two pieces of
    breast
    same size for one serving.
    Put a piece of ham, then a
    slice
    of cheese on each of four slices of meat. Make
    sure filling comes to within 1/2-inch of edge.
    Top with remaining breast
    slices,
    pressing
    edges
    of chicken firmly together. Coat
    breast
    lightly with flour seasoned with salt and
    pepper. Dip
    in
    eggs
    and
    milk (beaten together), then crumbs.
    Repeat. Cook in hot oil.
