Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beat to lemon color
    2 c. sugar
    2 1/2 pt. whipping cream
    2 pt. half and half
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 to 4 c. chopped peaches (sweeten peaches to taste)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and put in 1/2 gallon or 1 gallon plastic pitcher.
    (I use a 1 gallon pitcher.)
    Put in freezer and stir every 2 to 3 hours until frozen.
    This recipe may be used for other flavors.
