1/2 c. Best Foods mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
1 to 2 tsp. fresh chopped thyme or 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
1 to 2 tsp. fresh chopped chives (optional)
Wine Sauce (see following)
12 (2-inch) mushrooms (about 1 lb.)
2 Tbsp. butter
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 lb. ground veal, ground turkey or ground pork
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp. chopped fresh basil or 1/4 tsp. dried leaf basil
1/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan or Romano cheese (3/4 oz.)
1/4 c. finely chopped prosciutto or cooked ham
1 egg
