Poppy Seed Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. sugar
8 oz. salad oil
4 eggs
13 oz. evaporated milk
1 (10 oz.) jar Baker poppy seed filling
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients together.
Add all liquids and mix until smooth.
Add Baker poppy seed filling and nuts.
Mix on medium speed for 2 minutes.
Turn batter into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 65 minutes.
Cool cake 5 to 8 minutes before removing from pan.
