Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. self-rising corn meal mix
3 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 can cream-style corn
3 or 4 hot banana peppers
1 large onion
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
1 1/2 c. chopped Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Chop fine the pepper and onion.
Mix meal, eggs and oil.
Add buttermilk, corn, cheese, pepper and onion.
Mix well.
Bake in iron skillet at 450\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
