Beef Onion Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 can condensed onion soup (undiluted)
    1/2 c. green pepper
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 c. uncooked, regular rice
    1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients; spoon into a greased 2-quart casserole dish.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Yields 8 servings.
