Dr. Bird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sifted flour
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. baking soda
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. cooking oil
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs
    2 c. diced ripe bananas
Preparation
    Measure flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt and sugar; sift flour and add.
    Combine ingredients in one bowl; stir mixture to blend.
    Pour into a greased 9-inch tube pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
    Set aside to cool at least 10 minutes.
