Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
1 (6 oz.) or 2 (3 oz.) boxes apricot Jell-O
3 c. cold water
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
Preparation

Bring pineapple to a full boil in saucepan. Add Jell-O. Add water and mix well.
Put into large bowl and chill until slightly thickened. Add Cool Whip and beat until fluffy. Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan. Chill until set.
