Brochettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    French bread, sliced 1/2-inch thick
    4 garlic cloves
    1 medium tomato, chopped fine
    1/4 c. fresh basil leaves, chopped fine
    Parmesan cheese
    olive oil
    freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
    Crush garlic cloves and saute briefly in olive oil.
    Toast the bread pieces in a toaster oven or broiler.
    Brush the bread with the garlic oil.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Top with tomato and basil.
    Drizzle with olive oil.
    Add pepper if desired.
