Company Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 chicken breast halves, deboned and skinned
oleo
salt
pepper
1 onion, chopped
3 Tbsp. flour
3 (4 oz.) cans mushrooms (liquid and all)
2 c. sherry or Sauterne wine
Preparation

Sprinkle chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Brown chicken in oleo and take out of pan. Add onion and flour.
Add mushrooms and wine to flour
mixture.
Pour
over chicken breasts.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 3/4 hours.
Serves 8.
