Dreamy Raspberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry gelatin
1/2 c. boiling water
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
1 banana, diced
1/2 c. flaked coconut
1/2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
1 c. frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; set aside to cool.
Combine cream cheese and mayonnaise; blend well.
Stir into gelatin along with all remaining ingredients, except whipped topping.
Fold in whipped topping.,
Spoon into an 8-inch square pan; refrigerate until firm.
Cut into squares.
Yield: 9 servings.
