Ellie Learn'S Saltine Buckle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    saltines
    1 c. granulated sugar
    12 oz. pkg. Reese's peanut butter chips
    2 sticks butter
    12 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    chopped nuts (optional)
    coconut (optional)
Preparation
    Cover large cookie sheet with foil up the sides.
    Place saltines side by side on cookie sheet, being sure no space is left (cut crackers to fit).
    Melt butter; add sugar.
    Boil 2 minutes. Pour over crackers.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 7 minutes.
    Immediately when taking from the oven, sprinkle with both kinds of chips.
    As they melt, spread to cover crackers.
    (Optional:
    Sprinkle with nuts or coconut.)
    Allow to cool, then place in refrigerator for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Break or cut apart as you choose.
