Potato Latkes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    1 large onion
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    vegetable oil
Preparation
    Peel and grate potatoes onto paper towels.
    Squeeze out excess water and place potatoes in a mixing bowl.
    Peel and grate onion into potatoes.
    Add eggs and mix.
    Then mix in flour and salt. Heat oil in a skillet.
    Drop tablespoonfuls of batter into skillet. Fry on both sides until crisp and brown.
    Drain on paper towels. Serve warm with applesauce.
    Serving:
    3 latkes.
