Sliced Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium potatoes
1 tsp. salt
2 to 3 Tbsp. melted butter
2 to 3 Tbsp. chopped, fresh herbs
parsley, chives and thyme or sage or 2 to 3 tsp. dried herbs
4 Tbsp. grated Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Peel potatoes and cut into thin slices but not all the way through; use handle of spoon to prevent knife from cutting all the way.
Place potatoes in a baking dish and fan them slightly. Sprinkle with salt, butter and herbs.
Bake potatoes at 425\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheeses.
Bake another 10 to 15 minutes, until potatoes are tender and cheeses have melted.
