Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can tomatoes with juice
    4 carrots, peeled and cut up
    3 onions, quartered
    3 to 4 stalks celery, cut up
    1 can beef broth or 2 to 3 beef envelopes with 1 1/2 c. water
    1/3 c. tapioca (Minute, not Pearl)
    1 tsp. instant coffee
    1 1/2 lb. stew meat
    salt, pepper, garlic powder and Italian seasoning to taste (at least 1 1/2 tsp. each)
Preparation
    Put ingredients in crock-pot on low.
    Cook all day (everything at once).
    Great for working wives!!
