Oriental Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground, lean beef
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1 small can water chestnuts, drained (save liquid)
    1 small can mushrooms, drained (save liquid)
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. soy sauce
    2/3 c. uncooked regular rice
Preparation
    Brown together beef, onion and celery.
    Add chestnuts, mushrooms, rice, pepper and soy sauce to mixture.
    Add enough water to the saved liquids from chestnuts and mushrooms to make 2 cups.
    Add to beef mixture.
    Stir just to mix.
    Put in covered casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
