Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. frying chicken, cut up
    1/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/3 c. shortening or 3 to 4 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1/4 c. water
    1 small onion, sliced
Preparation
    Combine flour and seasonings.
    Shake chicken in seasonings; fry in medium heat.
    Brown well.
    Transfer to a Dutch oven.
    Add water and onion.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
