Taco Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. crushed tortilla chips
    1 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    1 lb. ground round beef
    1 (1/4 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning mix
    2 Tbsp. water
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 large eggs
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
    1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Stir together the crushed tortilla chips and melted margarine. Press in bottom of 8 inch spring form pan. Bake 325\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Cool. Cook beef in large skillet over medium heat and drain. Stir in taco seasoning mix (reserve 1 teaspoon) and water. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Beat cream cheese at medium speed till fluffy and add eggs and 1 teaspoon taco seasoning. Add cheddar cheese and blend. Spread over crust and up i inch on sides. Spoon in the meat mixture and spread the cream cheese mixture around the sides of the pan over the beef mixture forming a border. Combine the sour cream and flour and spread over the top of meat mixture. Bake 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes, cool 10 minutes and remove sides of pan. Serve warm with toppings of chopped lettuce, green pepper and tomatoes.
