Cranberry Relish Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. (small) cherry gelatin
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 c. hot water
    1/2 c. cold water
    1 to 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 (No. 2) large can crushed pineapple, drained and syrup reserved
    1 lb. cranberries, ground
    1 small orange, ground
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. pecans or English walnuts, chopped
Preparation
    Combine gelatin and sugar; dissolve in hot water.
    Add cold water, lemon juice and pineapple syrup.
    Chill until mixture begins to set.
    Add pineapple and remaining ingredients; turn into 2-quart mold.
    Yields 12 servings.
