Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 medium potatoes
    3 medium carrots
    1 pkg. frozen corn or peas
    1 onion
    2 stalks celery
    1 1/2 lb. browned ground beef
    1 can tomato soup
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Place peeled and sliced vegetables in crock-pot.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Put cooked ground beef on top of vegetables. Mix soup and water together and place on top of beef.
    Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours (high 3 to 4 hours), stirring occasionally.
