Spanish Style Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1/3 c. diced bell pepper
    1/4 c. oleo
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
    dash of pepper
    1 1/3 c. Minute rice
Preparation
    Combine tomato sauce, water, onion, pepper, oleo, salt, mustard and pepper in saucepan. Cover and bring to a full boil. Stir in rice. Remove from heat. Cover and let stand 5 minutes. Stir with fork.
