Stuffed Zucchini Hors D'Oeuvres - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 small unpeeled zucchini
    4 oz. cream cheese, softened
    3 slices crisply cooked bacon, crumbled
    1 clove garlic, pressed
    1 tsp. parsley, chopped
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
Preparation
    Cut off ends of zucchini and carefully scoop out flesh with a long handled spoon.
    In a small bowl, mix remaining ingredients and stuff zucchini with a pastry bag or small spoon, packing well. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill until serving time.
    Cut into 1/2-inch slices and serve with picks.
