fresh tomatoes
fresh garlic
fresh mushrooms
parsley (fresh or dry)
chicken breast, cut into chunks
seasoned salt
pepper
sherry cooking wine, added last to deglaze the pan
Preparation

Prepare vegetables as for stir-fry.
Amounts can be determined according to number of servings desired.
Saute slowly in olive oil until done.
Serve over rice or noodles.
