Marinated Artichoke Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breasts
    garlic salt
    1 pkg. onion soup mix mixed with small amount water
    soy sauce
    2 jars marinated artichokes, reserve oil
    1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms, chopped
    small amount of water
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Put
    chicken breasts into a long baking casserole, skin side up.
    Sprinkle garlic salt and soup mix on top of chicken.
    Sprinkle soy sauce over all of chicken mixture. Evenly distribute
    the
    artichokes\twith some of the oil.
    Place mushrooms on
    top.\tBake,
    uncovered,
    for\t1
    3/4 hours.
    Serve with River Road Rice.
