Herbed Chicken Legs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken legs with thighs attached
    salt and pepper
    oil
    1 c. fresh bread crumbs (2 slices bread)
    3 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    3 tsp. garlic
    3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 tsp. thyme
    2 tsp. rosemary
Preparation
    Sprinkle legs with salt and pepper.
    Turn them in oil to coat. Arrange skin side down in one layer in a baking dish.
    Place in a 425\u00b0 oven and bake 50 minutes.
    Turn skin side up and sprinkle with mixture of bread crumbs, onion, garlic, parsley, thyme and rosemary.
    Bake 1/2 hour longer.
    Baste and cook another 10 minutes longer.
    Pour around (not over) 1/3 cup dry white wine and bake 10 minutes longer.
    Total cooking time is 1 hour and 40 minutes.
