Apricot Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. margarine
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
    4 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    apricot preserves
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Combine margarine, sugar and cream cheese; mix well until well blended.
    Blend in eggs, juice and lemon peel.
    Add flour and baking powder and mix well.
    Chill for several hours.
    Shape dough into balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Flatten slightly and indent centers.
    Fill with preserves.
    Bake at 350\u00b0
    for 15 minutes.
    Cool; sprinkle with powdered sugar.
