Rum Honey Walnut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. softened butter
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 beaten eggs
    1 c. honey
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. light rum
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Cream butter with sugar, then add eggs; beat well.
    Add honey and stir.
    Combine flour, salt and baking soda.
    Blend dry ingredients into batter, alternating with rum and water.
    Beat well.
    Stir in nuts.
    Pour into well buttered and lightly floured 9 x 5-inch pan.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
